Welcome to Rūts! We are committed to providing an excellent experience for all our students. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to everyone, please review our class policy outlined below:
1. No Refund, No Exchange Policy:
- All class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for other services or classes.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Canceling with Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the start time of the class. In this case, you will receive a class credit back to your account, which is valid for use for one year from the date of issue.
- Late Cancellation or No Show: If you do not cancel and fail to attend the class, you will be charged for the class in full.
